Question From Class Assignment
Gordon Everest PhD. and the Data Modeling Class
Here is a question I gave my advanced
database design class this spring (2004).
Perhaps you would like to include it in JCM.
Editors Comment - Gladly
The diagram below expresses some rules for forming groups of students to work on class project assignments of varying weight. Give a complete and precise verbalization (an English language interpretation) of the constraints shown (recognizing that not all are expressible in Visio Enterprise Architect Edition)
For an added bonus, what is the implied maximum number of students which can be accommodated in a class, under the given frequency constraints?
If you car to reply send your answer to
path@inconcept.com. I will forward them
to Dr. Everest.
We can them compile the answers and ask Dr. Everest for the solution in the next
edition.
