What We Do

InConcept does more than just fill a role on a project. We may be initially staffed to fill a role, but over time, we expand our value to the project. We often become mentors, teams leads, and liaisons between the various project phases, teams, and stakeholders.

We aren't methodologists; we care only about quality. Your client can use whatever tool they want, whatever modeling style they wish, whichever platform they desire and at the end of the project, we will help them to be successful.

Do we have recommendations and preferences? Absolutely. Are we insistent on their use? Not necessarily.

We'll deliver our requirements in whatever format your client wishes. We have evolved our techniques in such a manner that we deliver quality regardless of the desired format of the outputs.

For example, we prefer to perform our data modeling in Object-Role Modeling (ORM) for many, many reasons. However, we are often asked to deliver our models in an Entity Relationship (ER) notation and/or tools. This is never a problem. We use our methods and techniques to THINK about the problem correctly, and deliver the solution in whatever manner the client wishes.

What We Won't Do

We won't fill a role merely to make money; we care about successful outcomes.

We won't toil away on a hopeless, failing project to just bill hours; we deliver success.

We won't be staffed to solely sell products or solutions; we produce solutions.
